Странно, но попробуем решить
1. Идешь в C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc открываешь файл hosts любым текстовым редактором.
2. Там должно быть так : Спойлер

#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should

Если есть еще кроме этих записей, смело их удаляй и сохраняй файл.
