Antichat SQL-tools problem
hello ppl,I am happy to be here.Is very heavy to make the reg,because I don't understand your language...I live in italy but I am from romania. so also english I don't speak very good. however, compliments for this GREAT Forum !

well I have some problems with that tool:
Can't locate encoding.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib .) line 17.
this log is from sql_check_111_GUI(ROText)
someone tells what I need to do? thx
