а у меня не устанавливается dhcp-server:

сначала надо писать не как Вы root@neo:~# ifconfig wlan0 domn

а down

затем

убить процессы

А затем поднять интерфейс

Это я навскидку, а вернее , так

СЕРЖ у вас памяти не хватает, по логу видно..

В репозитории kali уже новая версия isc-dhcp, а в кэше apt информация о старой. Выполните apt-get update (как он вам и советует: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?), чтобы apt обновил список пакетов, и будет вам счастье.

Так какую команду конкретно задать?apt-get update,так?или install dhcp server?

Сначала apt-get update, затем apt-get install dhcp server

Почему то не отображает Tx-Power=off ......

Все равно одна ошибка....
