I found this site through some other russian hacking site, not sure which one. I am writing this asking for someone's help.

A little background on me:
I do not speak Russian, I have been programming and hacking for a couple years now. I have only been exposed to the english hacking websites and I figured that Russia would have more to offer.

After browsing through various forums, I noticed that almost all have exploit directories and various hacking tools. I also noticed that all lack tutorials about how to hack eg: xss, rooting, buffer overflows, etc...

I am looking for a Russian that will show me more of the hacking scene and that would be willing to work on projects with me.
