Help me find info about Ukrainian customs in English

I'd be very grateful and positive reputation would be surely given to those who can help me with fulfilling this little request. I suppose there are ppl from Ukraine here and even if there aren't someone could be good at searching anyway.

Some guy who's going to visit Odessa very soon helped me with buying a game for PS2 I needed (about dragons called Dragon Rage btw

) but he needs a lil' favor from my part in return... Here's what he asked me and I need to find it b4 tomorrow, so dun have much time...

So please if anyone knows the site which explains any of these restrictions, post it here! Okay? Cuz I'm not too talented at Internet search...I could have found this in russian or Ukrainian...but in English would be harder.

Well..in the last resort you can find this info in Russian or Ukrainian, and I'll translate it for him, but I need to do it quickly.
